Our firm has two lawyers who have extensive experience in representing clients regarding many issues
that have become contentious. They are well-versed in court procedures including correspondence
with other parties to an action, preparation of materials for court and attendance in court on
your behalf. Our lawyers receive ongoing education and information regarding legislation as well as the Rules of Court.
As many issues that are contentious do not actually end up in court, there are other options available to you to resolve a dispute including negotiation, mediation and arbitration.
