LABOUR RELATIONS LAW
Labour relations law is concerned with the relationship of unionized employees with their unions and their employers. It includes union certification and decertification, collective bargaining, grievance handling, arbitration, interpretation of collective agreements and proceedings before labour relations boards under the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia or the Canada Industrial Relations Board.
